GENIUS CONCEALER TRICKS EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW.

The most flattering way to apply concealer is to draw a triangle with the base under your eye and the point toward your cheek.
This shape not only conceals dark circles, but it also instantly creates the illusion that your face is lifted. Think of it as holding a flashlight against your cheek, shining the light right underneath your eye, and drawing the focus upward.

If you use foundation, apply it first, and then apply your concealer.
If you apply your foundation first, you'll find that you don't need to use as much concealer. If you apply concealer first, however, you'll remove most of it while applying your foundation.

To prevent your eye shadow from falling off your lid and settling in the creases, prime your eyelids first with a dab of concealer.
If you can't justify spending extra on eye shadow primer, a dab of concealer works just as well.

If you have a pimple on your chest or back that you need to conceal, cover the trouble spots with a concealer that matches your skin tone exactly, and then top it with a translucent powder.

Continue to alternate concealer and setting powder until the blemish is undetectable. The concealer will hide the blemish and the setting powder will prevent it from wearing off.

Have an amazing weekend.

GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR LIPS!!!

1. Treat your lips like you would your face. Remove makeup, exfoliate, moisturize. Repeat.

2. Timing is everything. If you're having casual drinks or dinner with your friends before a big night out, wait to put on your lipstick. You won't constantly be worrying about messing it up while you eat (which is the worst).

3. When playing up your lips, keep your eye makeup minimal. Makeup is like a balancing act, pick one feature and go big.
4. Find the right color. Not all hues are created equal, at least for you. Different skin tones work better with different shades, so try a bunch on and choose wisely—a good lipstick is a forever kind of thing.

5. Use a primer. Think super staying power through your meetings, lunch, and happy hour drinks.
6. Liner can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Find the right lip liner and it'll stop your lipstick from feathering throughout the day. Choose. Our advice? Go for a clear lip pencil—it's silky smooth and compliments every lip shade.
7. Start in the middle. Begin applying lipstick at the center of your lips and move outward. That way, you'll be less shaky when it comes to the outer lines of your lips. Less shaky = less mistakes.

8. Highlight along your cupids bow. As well as along the middle of your lower lip. The small touch will reflect light and make your lips look nice and plump.

9. Take it off before you go to sleep. The only bad thing about having a clean, white pillowcase? That baby is a lipstick magnet.

10. Always give yourself a day off. Let your lips stay all natural for at least one day a week and so you can slough off dead skin cells, moisturize, and have one glorious morning to sip coffee sans lipstick stains.

NEW & AMAZING LIFE CHANGING BEAUTY TIPS

1)USE MOUSSE INSTEAD OF HAIR WAX
Use mousse on dry hair instead of traditional hair wax to get the sweaty look that was so popular this season. There are several advantages: It will give you "dirty separation" without being too heavy, it dries more quickly, it's more pliable, and you can brush it out if you hate it and need to start over.

2) WEAR PURPLE MASCARA WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE A CLOWN
Use a purple mascara to complement the overall. But  using purple would make lashes "shrink." To combat this, he first put on a light coat of black mascara "to make lashes fuller, stronger, and, bigger," then layered violet on top for a flash of purple.

3) LAYER YOUR BRUSHES
Use two different blushes -- a pinky one in the middle  and a peachy hue above and below -- to create a color that works on all different skin tones with the goal of "emulating the way the sun hits you."
Most importantly habe fun trying out these tips.

Have a great weekend.

HOW TO PREVENT ACNE BEFORE AND AFTER IT STARTS

Prevent acne before it starts. Here are some small daily-life hacks you can use to prevent pimples before they happen:
Change out your pillowcase every four or five days. A fresh, bacteria-free pillowcase can stop your skin from erupting overnight.

Keep your hands off your face. If you tend to rest your chin in your palm, or you're constantly fussing with your face, stop. The oils on your hands can cause breakouts, even in small amounts.

Tie your hair back while you sleep. If you have long hair, keep it off your face while you rest. Braid it back, and use pins or a headband to keep bangs off your forehead.

Get your beauty rest. Stress can lead to breakouts, so make sure you're well-rested and calm.

Change your birth control (females). Some oral contraceptives containing estrogen can calm down regular breakouts. Ask your doctor if this is the right choice for you.

See a dermatologist. If you can't get the problem under control by yourself, visit a doctor. He or she can prescribe serious treatments such as Accutane, Retin-A or red-blue light treatments.

Consider a salicylic acid face wash. Some anti-acne face cleansers contain salicylic acid, which kills the bacteria that can cause acne.

To prevent drying out your face, start using a salicylic acid wash only in the mornings and see if that's sufficient. If you still need more help, use it at night as well.

Use spot treatments. There are several products that you can dab onto active zits to reduce redness and kill bacteria. Two of the most popular are salicylic acid gel and benzoyl peroxide cream.
For extra help, try using both formulations.

Be aware that benzoyl peroxide can bleach hair and clothing.

HOW TO GET RID OF DARK LIPS NATURALLY!

Pink soft lips are something that every women would die for! Beautiful lips make your smile even more pretty. But dark lips and pigmentation has become a constant problem. Excess tea or coffee intake, sun exposure and neglect leads to pigmentation. Smoking also leads to this condition. Apart from using expensive lip scrubs and peels, you can make some easy lip packs yourself to remove those dark and ugly pigmentation. Let us see what all the natural things and ideas work on as an answer to how to get rid of dark lips naturally.
Lemon honey lip serum:
Here is the process to remove tan from your lips: Mix equal parts of lemon juice and honey to make your tan removing lip serum. This works on lips to peel off the tan with citrus extracts and nourish with honey to add pink color to the lips. Coat your lips with this serum and leave for an hour before wiping off with soft wet cloth. This process can be done as many times a day to remove tan and pigmentation. This serum can be refrigerated and used for a week.

Other than sun exposure and improper maintenance, dry lips might also cause pigmented lips. Apply glycerin over your lips using a cotton bud before going to bed every night. This glycerin treatment retains moisture and prevents drying to get rid of dark lips. Another good trick on how to get rid of dark spots on lips naturally

Keep your body hydrated
Don’t just stick to the topical treatments always. It is needed to take care of your health to achieve beautiful lips along with the topical applications. Hydrate your body by drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday in order to stay away from dehydration that causes dark lips.

Almond Oil:

Apply almond oil on your lips before bedtime as this helps to lighten lips, thus reducing discoloration.

EXCEPTIONAL MAKEUP TIPS FOR YOUR EYES

1. For winged eyeliner:
Place your pen at the outermost part of your nostril, then angle it upwards to meet the outer edge of your eye. Lower the tip of your liner where it lands and draw down toward your lash line

2. For a smoother mascara application:
While you’re applying your other makeup, tuck your mascara tube in your bra for a few minutes. Warming up the mascara will soften the formula and make it go on much more smoothly. Or, hold the bottle between your palms and roll it a few times… it also warms it a little for a much smoother application. For a less clumpy and smoother application for your mascara, NEVER pump your brush. That does nothing except pump air in and out of the bottle, which dries it out quicker.

3. For bigger eyelashes:
Wiggle your mascara brush in little left-right motions as you apply. It reduces clumps, separates your lashes, and gives a more even application.

4. On how to tightline your eyes:
Tightlining your eyes can make your lashes look fuller and thicker. Use a brush like this with gel liner. Load up your brush, and push the liner into the base of your upper lash line. It gives your eyes a very subtle lined look, while making your lashes look fuller and thicker.

5. How to line your lower lashes:
Get a cheap felt tip black eyeliner. Cut a little off the top to give a blunt edge. Use this to do tiny dots along your lower lash line instead of eyeliner, eyeshadow, or mascara. It will give the impression your lower lashes are fuller and thicker by filling in the roots. Just three tiny dots at the outer corner is usually enough, but sometimes I do it all along to the middle of my eye.

6. For the best mascara combination:
Use two different mascaras: one lengthening and one waterproof. Underneath use regular and on top use waterproof. That way waterproof will easily come off and it makes a huge difference in volume! Also I find that the waterproof seals in the regular mascara, preventing smudging.

SPECIAL WEEKEND TIPS FROM BMPRO

1. Up Your Lash Game
Repeat after us: fake eyelashes are my friend. If you’ve never been comfortable rocking the faux lash believe us when we say it’s much easier than it looks, and the added length and volume make a huge difference. Lush lashes look fabulous with any beauty look, from subtle to full-on glamorous, and they have this uncanny ability to make us feel instantly sexy and confident.

2. Swap Your Liner
We love experimenting with different colors in our time off, and the easiest way to incorporate a new hue into your eye makeup is colored eyeliner. From subtle navy to eye-catching glitter to a deep green cat eye liner, there are plenty of options to cater to any adventure level. If you’re going for a bold color, remember to keep the rest of your look subtle so you don’t look overly-done.

 3. Go Outside Your Lipstick Comfort Zone
We’re not ashamed to admit that we’ve been labeled “Lipstick Junkies” in the past, so trying a new lip color on the weekends is naturally a must. We wouldn’t even judge you if you planned your whole outfit around a lipstick… we’ve done it (obviously). This year our lipstick-loving hearts are overwhelmed with colors to obsess over—burgundy, plum and scorching red to name a few. Pair your bold lip with strong brows and neutral eye makeup for a chic, modern look.

Have fun trying these tips out.
Happy weekend

HOW TO GET THE LIPSTICK LOOK YOU HAVE ALWAYS DREAMED OF

MAKE LIPSTICK LAST
To keep your color in place, fill the entire lip with neutral pencil before applying lipstick. If necessary, roll the tip in the palm of your hand to warm it up and prevent hard lines.

SHAPE LIPS SANS LINER
Give the illusion of two perfect peaks without lining lips: Just dab concealer in the groove at the center of your upper lip and blend well.

PRIME LIPS FOR SPOT-ON COLOR
If you really like the way a lipstick color looks in the tube, prime lips with a touch of foundation before applying; that way, you start with a blank canvas. The result will be similar to what you see in the package.

MAKE YOUR OWN STAIN
Turn any lipstick into a durable stain by blotting, reapplying, then blotting again to remove excess oils. Blot with lint-free blotting paper rather than tissue for a more natural, long-lasting look

TOP BEAUTY TIPS FOR 2015

What can you do to improve your skin and beauty routine this year? These are some suggestions for beauty resolutions to keep.

Start Your Beauty Calendar

Here's to a beautiful New Year! Start it out right by creating your own beauty calendar for things to do throughout the year. Each week day we will give you suggestions and tips.

To do daily: Plan your daily skin regimen, with the proper products and routines for your skin type and special skin concerns.

Do You Know Your Skin Type?
Find out how to tell if you have normal, dry, oily, combination, sensitive or mature skin. Knowing your skin type will help you figure out what products you need to use for your cleansing routine, as well as other products like foundations and concealers.

Schedule in your morning and evening cleansing and moisturizing routines.

Also
Clean your hair and makeup brushes.

How to Clean Your Hairbrushes
How often should you clean your combs and brushes? Diehards clean their hairbrushes once a week. Del Sandeen, About.com's Black Hair Expert says it "depends on what you put on your hair from day to day."  If you use a lot of product, you should clean hair brushes at least every two weeks to get rid of dirt and product build-up that can ruin your nice, freshly washed hair as well as eventually damage your brush.

How to Clean Your Makeup Brushes
Beauty professionals suggest that you clean makeup brushes once a week. If that’s too much for your busy schedule, do this at least every two weeks. Here are steps for cleaning your brushes.

Once a month: Depending on your individual needs, schedule time for eyebrow tweezing and grooming, hair removal and for having hair trimmed, touched up, colored, styled, re-twisted or locked. To make it simple, you might want to schedule a special beauty day once a week, every two weeks, (or whenever you can fit it in), to do beauty maintenance and also visit a BMPRO outlet
