Eyeliner
Most ladies don't really know how to handle an eyeliner because its the one you apply on your eyelids and sometimes waterline,which are very delicate and sensitive,that is why a number of women end up applying eyeliners in an untidy way,it's easier using a felt tip eyeliner because it's has a pencil mouth which makes it easier to use. Or better still a black eyeshadow can also do the trick!
