Birthday girl... After finishing a pale pink lip the look was not quite as smoking as she wanted so we switched to a matte red, keeping everyother thing As-Is.. Foundation is Chanel, Powder, Eyeshadow and Brow Pencil all BMPRO. BTW Our Brow pencil in No 2 is the best for pale skins. It goes on a soft brown , stays put and gives a 3d finish to brows. Try it Today...
