Step 1. Start by applying eyeliner around the center of your eyelid, making sure to stay as close as possible to the lashes (I like to sometimes use the brush to push my lashes down as I apply my eyeliner)
Step 2. Continue applying eyeliner outwards, towards the end of the eyelid. 

 Step 3.  “Tail” the eyeliner off at the very outer corner of the eye, where the lower eyelid beings. 

"Double Line” your eyes by creating your desired eyeliner shape with a black eye-shadow and then layering a gel, pencil or liquid liner on top. The end result is a super intense dark line with great staying power"

Step 4. Very gently apply eyeliner to the inner corner of the eye using light, feathering strokes.

 Step 5. If necessary, go over the eyeliner to even it out and intensify the line.

 Step 6. Take a cotton tip dipped in eye makeup remover to correct any mistakes.
